Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
Customs & Duties (International Orders)
For orders shipped outside of Canada, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. Flexova™ is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@flexova.store within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, send a replacement at no charge.
2. RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for a full refund — no questions asked.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
•Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
•Item is in its original condition (unused or lightly used)
•Original packaging is included (if possible)
How to Request a Return

2.We will reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions
3.Ship the item back to the address provided
4.Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will send you a replacement at no charge. Please contact us at hello@flexova.store with a photo of the item and your order number.
Non-Returnable Items

•Items that are clearly damaged due to misuse
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
